• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery( with conditions).

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

• After 14 days, I do not accept returns.

• You can choose to exchange your item for another or receive a refund.

If you’d like to return something within the 14-day window, please message me through the store inbox before sending anything back. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue right away.In many cases, I can issue you an instant refund without requiring the item to be returned. Returning an item is only a last resort.
